Convert 600 x 200 png to Vector graphic form - ai, eps, and pdf

I have a 600 x 200 logo, the only copy is in png. I need this in a scalable vector Graphic for printing purposes at large scale. This project must be done not just electronically, but with the eye of an artist. I want files that mimic the look and feel of the original sample, and show clean clear lines with minimal points even at extreme (large banner size ) enlargement. I need this file completed today, or with in 24 hours at the absolute latest.
