Jpeg files do not open. Need help viewing some jpeg files

I do have about 3000 jpeg pictures that i had taken when i went overseas for vacation, but however, out of this 3000 pictures, 400 of them will not open due to some error. I am not sure what it is, it might be something that happened when i was transfering the pictures on the computer, or maybe when the camea was writing the pictures on the memory card. I am attaching one picture for you to check it out and see if you can find a way to open the picture. If you can do this one, email it to me, to show me that you can solve the problem and bid on the project for 400 pictures. These pictures were taken on a Nikon DSLR Camera, so each picture is between 4 to 5 MB in size. So best way to do it is i can upload the files to my server either as a zip file or one by one, and you can download them from there. Once you get done with all the pictures, you can upload them back to the server and i can download them. Please check the attachment and let me know if you can open the attached file. If you can, bid on the project for 400 pictures. Thanks,
