Pricing Table Graphic

Hello, We are uploading a draft of what we desire. Please take a look at the two examples we are uploading. We want you to create a "price graphic". The data/prices/text you will use are the ones we upload in our example. The PayPal payment button, please use an attractive one. With your graphic, we will create an html-map at our side. Please use your graphics-designs skills to make this look pretty (as the examples). Final product is a Photoshop file with all the elements separated in different layers, and one high-resolution .png file. We look forward to working with you.
