Build Content Aggregatator Website

The theme of the site is "content aggregation for the urban intellectual." Aesthetically, I would like to model this project after [login to view URL] and Mediatakeout.com. I want to infuse the video aggregation of [login to view URL] as well as reserve portions of the site for blog and commentary like Mediatakeout.com. The colors of the site should be red, white and black. Only the top portion of the site should be red (standing tool bar) see link for example ([login to view URL]). The site should almost mirror WSHH, but in reverse. Please see website for detail. Once the project is complete, I should be able to aggregate video and or upload video to website.
