We have a design of a website quoting system . this is our sample website [login to view URL] which needs to be accurately completed Quoting System which is flowing Different Categories which have a quoting system which are relevant to the category options for customers to upload images of the job / services / product they want a quote Keywords which are searched by customers , creating a popular search fields appearing for other users , this will eventually grow. Similar when you type in Google words start to appear. Customers will be able to search via Closest to there own suburb or state advanced serach fields. Price Budget etc. Also the website needs to be improved dramatically where the site is interactive. Require a Apple Application and Android Application aswel. Also when the supplier signs up , they can list the company details. Also a way where the more suppliers start to enter categories , brands , services this will be saved to the back end on approval , and be listed as options for similar suppliers . Also the back end should be very easy for the supplier to login to the portal quote with a price and comments . Also to provide a data entry so we can launch the website quicker, setting up all the catergories , popular brands , popular services. Also the site to be wordpress which is very easy to modify. Also a option to upload via excel to upload catergories , sub catergories and brands or services. The database will be sophisticated which grows as people search brands and services it will save the keywords like similar to google does when you type . also when suppliers list there catergories it will be an option for other suppliers to choose which saves time , similar suppliers will be also to select brands which others have listed they stock , or services which others have entered. The more the system is used there knowledgeable the system will calculate the user accuretly search the product they want and sending the quote to the relevant suppliers All suppliers to be approved by admin before be able to using the system , catergories , sub catergories and service which they list will need to be approved. Users to login via any social media facebook , google, twitter. Gmail. Users search , then click quotemenow once they have choosen what they want , a popup to Login and QuotemeNow! Quote is then sent to Suppliers email , Mobile SMS (Optional). Which than they can open the email . click to open there portal quote the customer and send the quote. Customers then recieve a email notification quote recieved , they login via email or via the website easy login using there own social media network. The quote will be available to see and reply to the supplier to purchase directly from them. Feedback and Star Rating is given by the user . Each supplier which quote will have a Rating near there company name , and Positive and Negative Feedback .
