414989 Looking for moderator

I am looking to maybe hire a moderator for a new forum. The theme of the forum will be parenting (in general). It would be ideal if the person I chose were a parent, but it's not a total requirement. This person must have good English skills, have time to spend on the computer pretty regularly. Tasks will include making posts on the forum, engaging & starting in conversations, reporting any spam or posts that seem odd. It would be a huge plus if you also can make graphics to help us out with that. Any questions? Just ask in PMB. Make me offers, and I'll consider.
