Build an Online Store

My company manufactures and imports a wide range consumer products, such as but not limited to toothbrushes, wet tissue, mothballs, zipper bags,sanitary napkins, adult diapers and so on. We mostly distribute our goods to retail stores, but we would like to test an online B2C customer store purely for the Indonesian [login to view URL] is where you come in. Due to recommendation by friends, we prefer to use Magento. I have several request that must be met: -Website must be up and running within two to three weeks, if some of my custom functions required are not met this is fine, but i need the basic online store to be done. -I wish to have a system for the orders whereby shipping is automatically sorted to different warehouse, to clarify, I will give an example. I have warehouses in Region A, Region B, Region C. This is owned by me. I also have some distributors working for me in Region D, Region E, Region F. When Customer near to Region A orders, i want the system to automatically assign Region A warehouse to the order information so that my admin can access and send the order directly to the warehouse. (Whichever region goes to which region will be assigned) Payment will be done in head office and checked by the admin so payment is not a concern. This is the normal ordering scenario. When Customer near to Region D orders, which is under my distributor, i would want to do it in a different way. Once the order and payment is verified by my admin, i want the system to automatically e-mail the distributor working in Region D. They would then be able to login from the website and view orders , but they can ONLY see orders that have Region D warehouse . Thus, every distributor can login to check their respective orders, but they cannot check orders for region outside their control areas. -Not sure if Magento does this automatically, basically i want a system whereby i can, and thi salso applies to the distributor login system aforementioned. 1) Check the number of days from processing order status to where the order has tracking information. 2) Check service level, so number of orders vs orders sent. Other Requirements: -Dual Language (English/Indonesian) . 1 Currency (Indonesian Rupiah IDR) Design Requirements: -Most of our products have bright and strong colors, so the website itself has to be more simple and elegant, so as not to clash with the products. -Topdown main categories -Light colors, for example, light wood colors, light beige, cream, light turqoise, etc. -Some sample websites/themes that i have browsed through and liked: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Preferred Requirements: -Basic SEO optimization for the web -If you have prior experience in the Indonesian market, due to how shipping works here, it would be a plus.
