I have the design for a new website developed in a phostoshop document. I also have an existing wordpress website (SNABC,com) that is a broken worpress website - that is I can no longer edit it and it is not a responsive website. I need a new website developed to my design specifications that is responsive on both PCs and mobile and includes the pages on my existing website except for the store. Offering $500 for the job.
