Improve Logo for Non Profit Institution

I am looking for a talented graphic designer to improve the logo quality for our non-profit institution. The main aspect that needs improvement is the color and icon/graphic. Specifically, I have specific colors in mind for the new color scheme. Which are: #44A7E3 and #DBAFF7 Additionally, I would like to keep some elements from the current logo and I need three formats: 1. Square format as current logo 2. Horizontal format 3. Icon Browser or FAV Icon using only the kids faces.. Note: I don't have the original logo files, I attach the only ones that I got from some PDF file but the quality is poor..
