1. General - We are an online Hat/Cap/Graphic t-shirt company and are looking for designers who can create unique and profitable designs for our customized products. - You will be provided with a yearly design theme schedule and a list of design resources from us. - You will be provided with a design template file in which you can place and report your designs. - Accepted and approved designs may be used for our new item creation on embroidered hat, heat transfer hat, graphic t-shirt, and patched hat. *example of embroidery design & embroidered hat [login to view URL] [login to view URL] *example of printing design & graphic t-shirts [login to view URL] [login to view URL] *example of heat transfer design & heat transfer hat [login to view URL] [login to view URL] *example of patch & patched hat [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2. Ways to get paid - You will be paid quantity of “accepted and approved” design(s) per your hourly rates. - You will be paid twice per month (bimonthly) through Paypal, credit card, or your platform as per theme finished. 3. Work scope a. Check design sources assigned and start picking designs based on your yearly design theme. b. Screenshot before downloading desired designs and make initial changes (size, color, shape). c. Save them to the design template and report them to us through Dropbox. d. We will review and give feedback for any modifications. e. Download selected designs we approved and edit the designs based off the changes we ask you to make, and report to us through Dropbox with the revised versions. f. We will notify you again if any changes are needed (max 2 times). g. Prepare and move for the next theme works with yearly theme schedule. 4. Remarks - Do not violate any intellectual property rights. - Keep design schedule on time. Maximum 2 themes per month. - Stay up-to-date with current design trends and research popular trends to create fresh and relevant designs that will appeal more to customers to increase sales. - Research designs on [login to view URL] before picking your designs to avoid any duplication. - e4Hats keeps full ownership of the designs, all files, and assets on approved and paid designs. - Detail instructions will be provided upon hired. 5.
