I am planning to construct a new house area is 40*45 square feet. for same I want map to be design. it will be a duplex. I am planning to lease a portion of house. so I want 2 maps to be made 1. lower portion will be occupied by me and first floor will be rented so stairs should constructed from outside. 2. I can make two portion one entire portion will be occupied by me and other will be rented. house will have parking space, garden, balcony it may be 2bhk or 3bhk with a good design also you need to suggest which map will be better for me also after selection of map you need to make a 3d map for selected map
