Online PHP/MYSQL Multiplayer Game

Hello, Let me first start with my name is Michael and I have been programming in PHP since 2006, and what i'm currently looking for is a small company or a few people to help create this game I want to have created. About the Game: The game will be based in the Medieval Time Frame where you start the game with nothing but your hero. Your first task will be to move around on the world map and find a good location to create your first city. Once you create your first city you must then build Farms to grow food, Mines to harvest Gold & Silver, Lumber mills to cut trees down for lumber. All these resources will be used to build all of these buildings. Each city can only hold a certain amount of buildens depending on where the city is located. You may also create units to send them into battle to take over other citys to claim as your own. There is so much more but if this is something you can do for a cheap price please post here and tell me what you can do. Also you must do a demo of a game like this or I wont hire you.
