Each user will have a unique account number, userid, and will be able to monitor the account and manage activities online. 2. Master CMS: to manage the site contents, and registered users. Master CMS has ability to review, delete/edit, block a user by email or ip address ..and all the security features that should be there for a secure site. Also, management of of registered users and monitor activities. 3. Successful bidder has strong background and working experience in both MySQL, and e-commerce programming abilities. As well as security measures. 4. Chosen bidder need to provide a presentation with step by step and detailed outlines of the project as the successful bidder will be selected based on this presentation. 5. Serious programmers/developers please, preferably, a team of developers over an individual developer. 6. Project has to be done within a 45-60 days. 7.
