Simple Brochure

We need a simple tri-fold brochure to promote a directing workshop. I will provide copy and photographs. The brochure is 2 sided. It is black and white. The end result is to be: 1) something we can print and take to Kinko's to be photocopied, and 2) a PDF (relatively small file size) than can be sent as part of an email mail-out. The job is very simple but needs to look professional. Need a one-day turn-around time. The only problem I anticipate is that the photos are somewhat awkward and need to be tweaked/cropped to make them fit. I would like to pay no more than $40.
