Wordpres Theme and CSS updates

I don't work with freelancers who need more money for the work, as they bid. I need this project done. I don't need endless discussion. I don't answer to questions about things, that are already described in this project description. For the site [login to view URL] i need some adjustments. 1. Currently the theme uses "Uber Menu 2". I need this updated to "Uber Menu 3" Both Plugins are installed 2. The entry "Newsletter" at the menu must be better 'visible', so (only this menu entry) needs an other color as background or something else. Be creative. 3. A new Menu Entry "Highlights", also with an other Background colors or something else. This will be a 3-level menu 4. Clean up and tidy up the CSS code 5. I need a new page template ( coded in PHP ) that will display a list of blog posts (only title) and a link from a specific categorie. 6. I need a new page template ( coded in PHP ) this will display a blog post with a special layout. - Starting with a foto (featured image) in full content width. - Open image in lightbox when the foto is 'clicked. - Post Title - Post Content - At the Bottom a image list of all blog posts from the same category as the current one, with thumbnail images. Thats all You will get admin access to the wordpress backend of a demo site (not the original). No FTP access.
