I require a Graphic Designer or someone with relevant skills to take some images/sketches I have in mind for an Android App. This person will need to transform them into a realistic, living piece of art! The app is for a living wallpaper. It will need to be suitable for all devices from phones to tablets. I require numerous components to be designed as this will allow the user to change and customize app to their on preference. This app will have a drawing like feature as well. It will need to be viewed in 2D overhead view for drawing function and customisation. Normal view will be frontal 3D view. I will also be looking for someone to programme this for me, and help upload to Google. Therefore this may be a great job for a team but not a necessity.
