Parabola Function

Need someone that creates in Excel or HTML a mini screen where we can enter past parameters (by year/mont/day) and that presents a projection for future 5-10 intervals. Example: we input data for years 2004 to 2013, that I can choose how many future intervals I want to see (eg. 10). So the formula shows me the inputed 10 years and for example projected data for 2014 to 2023. Data must be shows both in numbers and graphic. We mentioned Parabola Function but we're open to change it to any other more accurate statistical function (what we really need is a regression formula). Please be careful with your bid. Although we're posting this project as a "Simple Project", we know that in fact may be a Micro Project. We're not requiring something too sophisticated.
