Simple javascript charting engine

We have some proprietary chart designs we would like making into a simple charting engine. (We want support for all types as attached by changing the "type" parameter and modifying "data" to suit.) We are looking for a clean, simple implementation, and ideally without use of external libraries. (We do not want an existing chart library to be repurposed.) We want clean client-side HTML rendered, probably with an accompanying CSS file for the style. Spot color should be configured from Javascript. Along with the library, we would like an example page using sample data to confirm working charts with various configuration. We will perform a side-by-side to confirm the charts match our designs. You will receive support during development as required and this may lead to additional work. During development we would like one chart delivered before the rest to confirm the style matches and code is what we're expecting.
