i need a wordpress plugin for my wordpress site. i have everything already. the plugin will be connected to a contact form on a wordpress website. -the function of the plugin *Send a text message (SMS), a Voicemail right away* and "an Email 2 hours hours after" to the person who filled out the contact form. I have a twilio account phone number which provides API for developer so that's the number to use to send the SMS and VM to the person who filled the form on my site. I have been fooled by freelancer here already so i will not pay up front. we will make milestones.
