I'm in need of a skilled professional who can efficiently manage a variety of HR tasks for my technology start-up, which currently operates with less than ten employees. The scope of work includes: - Recruitment and Hiring: Identify and attract top talent to support our growing team, while streamlining the hiring process to ensure efficiency and legal compliance. - Employee Onboarding and Training: Develop and execute a robust onboarding program that fully integrates new hires into our team swiftly. Also, construct regular training programs to further staff skill development. - Performance Management: Implement and oversee a holistic performance management system, including goal setting, continuous feedback, and performance reviews. Ideal candidates should have proven experience in these three HR areas, specifically within the Technology industry, and should be comfortable and adept at working in an intimate, start-up environment. Experience with scaling small teams will be a significant plus.
