Polishing the details of a vector image (logo).

I need a freelance illustrator to polish the details of a logo. The logo is in vector format and I require it to be delivered in full color, grayscale, and stroked for engraved (the same files will be provided to you), as a *.AI, *.EPS, *.JPG (white background), *.PNG (transparent background). I´m seeking a talented illustrator who can deliver the project during this weekend (27-28 May). Details to work on: 1. In the lower person: a) Stylize his shape, now he looks too bulky (for example in the legs) compared to the upper person. b) Pay attention to details, like hands/face/legs, so that when we have it in a big format, it doesn't look weird. c) Face/head, at the moment it looks like "he/she is tired", so we need to make him/her look up at the person above to communicate "that he/she is confident with the other person and the situation". 2. In the upper person: a) Care about details, like hands/face/legs, so if we have it in a big format it doesn't look odd. b) Remove the "rope" between the legs and the hand. 3. Mountains in the background. I'm a bit open to suggestions here. We do not want to change/remove/change them, we just want to clean them up a bit: a) In the upper mountain, we can reduce the small up and down a bit (I'll mark it in an image), and stylize the right end of the range a bit. b) In the middle, we can make sure that the vertices are not too sharp. c) In the lower one, maybe make it more like a hill, the same as above with fewer sharp vertices. 4. Next to the right person there is a small white line, we need to expand the blue slope to remove it (image attached)
