find long-lasting customers

Hi, I am looking for a marketing expert to help make my business grow. My current business is a Web Hosting, Web Design, and Game Server Hosting Company. We are looking for someone to help me gain some customers. Looking for a long time relationship that will provide great support in the future. Things i need: -at least 15 customers for web hosting -at least 3-5 customers for game servers -customers willing to stay with us for at least 1 year -i would like to have my website submitted to every search engine website possible and have my site linked to 200+ locations if possible I am on a huge budget and i will not accept bids higher than $50 please bid and if you cannot provide some of the requirements, please note which ones. I mainly need the customers. I understand this is a low amount so i do not expect you to meet all the requirements, but if you can, that would be great.
