Saas Internet Marketing/Promotion (Technical)

I'm looking for someone who is technically savvy to market and promote a event driven web analytics SaaS application. You will be responsible for marketing on all on-line mediums and that includes social, search engines, email and more. You will need to get intimate with the product as its crucial that you understand what you are selling to be efficient, I'm willing to pay for marketing efforts or at commission based, we can negotiate as needed.
