Need a Facebook Professional to Get 25,000 Fans (Likes) Fast

Please read everything very carefully. I need someone who can get Facebook fans fast by ethical means only. You MUST state the methods you will be using in your bid. You will be paid 50% once you get 12,500 new fans hit and the remaining 50% 14 days after project delivery - no money will be paid up front as I have been stung with this before. I am looking for 25,000 new Facebook fans (likes) for an existing Facebook fan page. I require this to be delivered within a maximum of 30 days. The winning bidder must be able to start immediately. Stipulations: 1) All fans must be real people. 2) All fans must be active with 15 or more friends and at least 4 photos. 3) All fans must be aged 18-55 (that is our target demographic). 4) All fans must have a status update older than 14 days ago. 5) You have 30 days to deliver 25000 fans. Payment: 1) You will be paid 50% once you get 12,500 new fans hit and the remaining 50% 14 days after project delivery. 2) You will be paid only for those fans that remain active after 14 days. 3) Any fans that are suspended in that time period must be replaced, or will not be paid for. 4) No payment will be made upfront. 5) If no significant increase to fan numbers is made within the first 7 days the project will be cancelled. IF YOU GET ANY FACEBOOK WARNING NOTICES YOU MUST INFORM ME IMMEDIATELY. NO BLACKHAT METHODS OF ACQUIRING FANS WILL BE TOLERATED. YOU WILL NOT BE PAID IF THE ACCOUNT IS DELETED, BANNED OR SUSPENDED. When you quote please let me know what methods you will be using, your experience of delivering similar projects and how quickly you can deliver the project. If you can give examples of Facebook Fan pages you have worked on before please include the URL in your PM/bid. Please do not bid unless you have experience of this type of work and can start immediately on this project.
