We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Affiliate Marketer to join our team at NIOM Store. As an Affiliate Marketer, you will be responsible for promoting our store and its products to potential customers through various marketing channels. Key Responsibilities: Developing and executing a comprehensive affiliate marketing plan to attract potential customers and drive sales. Collaborating with other marketing teams to ensure that our marketing strategies are integrated and aligned. Identifying and recruiting suitable affiliates to promote our products and services. Managing the affiliate relationships, monitoring their performance, and optimizing their campaigns to ensure that they are meeting or exceeding their goals. Creating and distributing marketing materials such as banners, landing pages, and email templates to help affiliates promote our products. Providing support to affiliates and answering their questions to ensure that they have the necessary information and resources to promote our products effectively. Analyzing the affiliate program's performance and providing regular reports to the management team. Requirements: Proven experience as an Affiliate Marketer or similar role. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing principles and best practices. Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, such as Commission Junction and ShareASale. Ability to identify and recruit suitable affiliates to promote our products. Knowledge of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
