iPhone app - basic guide

All we need is a basic app that when loaded it opens a screen with a picture, you have to click to enter. Once inside the app it will have about 10 categories to click on. Each category will link to another page that has an image at the top and text below. The pages should allow for scrolling. We just want this created we will fill in all the text and images so you just need to create the app using dummy text and any images you want. Should be very easy. Of course will need all code so all we have to do is load it on our end.
