APP SHOULD BE LINKED TO CELL PHONE GPS TECHNLOGY WHEN SPEED IS SELECTED AND YOUR PHONE EXCEEDS THAT SPEED YOUR KEY PAD AND PHONE PAD WILL DISABLE ONLY YOUR ANSWER BUTTON SHOULD WORK WITH BLUETOOTH ENABLED IF SELECTED ,ALSO PHONE APP SHOULD BE ABLE TO OVERIDE APP ON 911 CALLS ONLY. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
