Create UML Diagrams

Scope of work: Deliverables 1: Identify an open source UML diagram tool that you will use 2: Create 3 UML diagrams from [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and 4.pdf. These pdf's provide every screen shot of each of the 3 programs screen data inputs. 3: The UML must duplicate the fields and list the field names. 4: I will need to be able to link the fields from [login to view URL] which is the master program to the subordinate program fields ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) and colour code the fields as relevant or not. IE: yellow is relevant or white isn't to be carried from [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] and 4.pdf. This is obviously when I import the diagrams you produce to the tool I download that you suggested. Background 1: I have 3 different programs which require entering the same data 3 times. 2: I aim to have a piece of software developed which will be used to enter the data once and then this program will distribute to each of the 3 different programs.
