The service within this design will concentrate on the following functionality deliverables: Deliverable 1 OpenCRX Configuration Application - develop an automated script that will take information from an XML document and will configure the OpenCRX General Setup and Segments. Deliverable 2 Build Account web service – Web service will contain 8 operations that will CRUD (create, read, update, and delete) for Account (Contact), Account (Legal Entity) and User Deliverable 3 Build Pipeline services – Web Service to publish Pipeline will contain 16 operations that will CRUD (create, read, update, and delete) for Lead, Opportunity, Quote, and Order Deliverable 4 Build Activity Services - Web Service to Create Activities and will contain 4 operations that will CRUD (create, read, update, and delete) for Activity. Deliverable 5 Customize UI – Some basic UI customizations will be made to change the look and feel of application to be similar to our company standards.
