I need application that allows users to connect to a local WI-FI router for a limited period of time (30 min). The wi-fi access is done by scanning a QR-code password. Very important: the QR code need to be automatically generated and different for each user. Client- Server scenario: Server: a interface with contain a button that automatically generates the QR code. An report with the number of people connected: date, time and name which can be downloaded. Client: When scanning the QR code, the user connects to WI-FI and after 30 minutes he is disconnected. Even if it scan the same QR code again, it can no longer connect. The user needs a new QR code which will give him another 30 min of WI-FI

No need of fancy programming to acheive this, you have to choose the right router with integrated billing system. And a simple customization will help you have QR Code voucher. Advise: choose a Mikrotik router with at least Level 4 licence, and the with a simple tweak and code you have what you want. Instead of investing in a pc or server, buy a mikrotik router ( min level 4) then i will send you a software code to install with a breif tutorial. 1hr max . The router has billing system integrated in it
