Need Java Spring API developer

Need to build a small microservice which calls another API with 1 input parameter. I basically am learning as well, but I'd like to create 2 small microservices APIs. 1 API will take a SSN input, and give a result response of a name. The second API will be used to invoke the first API, so someone basically can invoke the Second API with an input of SSN, which the second API invokes the first API to get the result set back based on SSN parameter. This will be a building block, but I'm trying to achieve this small task, which I feel I'm there, but willing to pay someone to help me as I want to see how you build it in the Spring project and then build/compile the project. So, basically, I'd ask you to do it in your development environment and I just wanted to reivew the code. The first API, when invoked with a parameter of 123456789 (9 digit #), should return "John Doe" string. The second API, when invoked with 123456789 input parameter string, should simply pass that string and within that API call API #1 with same input parameter, returning the result "John Doe"
