print to PDF, OCR, save as BMP v2

We have a software that prints labels to printers, or PDF printers. I need you to configure and write some software to manage the following: 1. when i print the label, and i select the PDF printer, it must be silently working, with out any popups. it must automatically accept the print job, and save the PDF file to a folder c:\print\temp. 2. next your code needs to run OCR on a specific area of the PDF to extract an item#. example "489495" the area which must be OCR must be configurable in the config file. for example start pixels = 12,12 end pixels= 40,40 3. next your code must save the PDF as a BMP file. And the BMP file name must be "1-item#[login to view URL]" "[login to view URL]" *the "1-" is used in case a file like that already exists in the folder. you can increment up, "2-" "3-" in case it already existing. * the PDF file may contain 1 or more of the same label, repeated. for example you will receive a PDF with 1 label with item# 489495. Or you may receive a PDF with 20 labels for item #489495. Your code must count the number of labels in the PDF and only save 1 BMP for that PDF. One BMP, which shows only one label. You will specify the total counter labels in the file name at QTY0001. example QTY020 in case there was 20 labels. once the BMP has been created in the folder c:\print\temp it must move the PDF file to c:\print\pdfarchive requirements: -must work on: Windows 7,8,10 -must handle various size labels -must provide source code - source code must be well organized and commented - you must provide good documentation on how to install it and use it, so i can install it on a new system by myself - you must install your software on my machine using teamviewer - i need this in 1-2 days. for everyday this is delivered late i will reduce 5% from balance due. this is an easy job. it is a one day job, unless you don't have experience. - i dont work with armatures.
