Update chrome extension -- 2

We need a quotation for the following: Statement of Work The extension v2 leverages the work done in phase 1 to incorporate a new algorithm producing a more effective set of points upon which it is possible to create the desired business logic. The components of the architecture are: * the algo * a REST layer for inbound/outbound data management, which includes an embedded H2 database for data persistence * a chrome extension * a dictionary (currently in SQL format, to be transformed into a taxonomy format which enables fast performances when matching with input strings from the browser The server architecture is Tomcat-based, with custom code written in Java. The data flow schema should be designed as part of this SoW. In short, it may be: extension fetches the reviews' text --> sends them to the inbound API --> the API internally runs the algorithm java class --> the java class for each word in the text looks into the dictionary for correspondence --> the java class calculates the "correspondence" score and other parameters to produce the "affinity" score" --> the score is compared to the user's profile and a "distance" is calculated --> this distance is passed back to the browser extension, which uses it to display the appropriate icon on the side of each review The infrastructure is: * A Cloud provider hosting the REST layer within its Tomcat, the H2 (embedded in the custom code), the dictionary (in its final format) and the java classes Considering the material outlined above, we're looking for a team of developers who: * Can code the algorithm from the existing PSQL format into a java class (pluggable in the REST layer as Interface implementation) with its configuration file to tune the weights later on * Can transform the dictionary into a format easy to search and match against the input strings coming from the browser's extension as described in the data flow * Can modify the extension to receive the new data format from the REST and display the icons accordingly and with high performances * Can install the Tomcat + Databases (if any) on the Cloud infrastructure
