Python Front End Developer

We are looking for a brilliant python front end developer capable of building a great interface by our instructions for our financial software/application. PLEASE DO NOT BID if your bid is over the budget and please DO NOT BID if you can't provide proper portfolio. Don't send hundreds of projects just the cool front end design you have developed using python. DO NOT BID if you don't think you can build the kind of quality we expect, attached here (see picture).
