Convert a Mockup / PNG to XHTML

Hi, We have 15 mockup pages from the same website that we want you to convert into XHTML. The mockups were created using Balsamiq and all 15 mockup pages have the same basic design. We also provide you with a web template from themeforest from which we based the general layout of the mockup on. Requirements for the final .html files: - W3C valid XHTML code - NO use of tables to create the layout (use CSS instead of tables!) - Should be compatible in IE7+, FF 2+, and Google Chrome - Additionally, there are some custom requirements in the mockup file that we will give you (ie. use of some shadows, liquid layout instead of fixed layout...etc) If you've read these requirements please write "I've read and agree to the requirements" in your bid. We want to make sure you have a good general idea of what we want before we give you the other 14 pages.
