Build simple decision based screens

For a good react developer - this is probably a 6 - 10 hour project. This will be a SPA with multiple tabs. The first tab will contain the main form with multiple questions - each question having a Yes, No. Based on the question in the main form, corresponding details will appear in another tab and focus get switched directly to that tab. The first tab will always be the main form, the second tab will always be the latest selection. Previous selections will be on other tabs. Once submitted on main form after all selections, You will create another tab and give a read out of every selection and their corresponding values. There is no design provided, please be creative. These are just forms and a bunch of drop downs. The tab that gets created after submission will be like section for each question that can be collapsed, so all of it can be read properly. We want to define the number of tabs and their link in json config. Attached is sample data.
