I am looking for a skilled developer to help me with a project that involves detecting pedestrian areas using a maps service like OpenStreetMap (preferably) or Google Maps. The project must either be in Javascript or PHP or a combination of both. I would like to be able to randomly place geographical markers in a given area (radius around a center coordinate) somewhere in the world but only in pedestrian areas like sideways, parks, public squares or pedestrian zones. Skills and Experience: - Strong knowledge and experience with OpenStreetMap (OSM) or similar maps service - Familiarity with mapping technologies and algorithms for detecting pedestrian areas - Experience with data analysis and processing large amounts of geographical data Project Requirements: 1. Utilize a maps service like OpenStreetMap (OSM) to accurately detect and mark pedestrian areas globally. 2. Develop an algorithm that randomly selects a given number of geocoordinates within the identified area and within a given radius of a center coordinate and puts these coordinates in an area. The coordinates need to have a minimum distance from each other. 3. Only the source code, no user interface is needed. Deliverables: - A fully functional system that can detect pedestrian areas globally using OpenStreetMap (OSM) or a similar maps service and randomly selects coordinates within this area. - Source code and documentation for the developed algorithms and techniques used in the detection process.
