Help build simple web application on Forio Epicenter to get me going

I am looking for a developer with experience in JAVASCRIPT, PYTHON and preferably the JULIA language to build a simple web application on the Forio Epicenter platform. Said platform claims ease of construction of model/controller/view in several languages. This mini-project is to help me assess this claim in either python or (preferably) Julia. The applications, which is little more than a demonstration, will allow users to specify a location of tabular time series data (say on a web site with REST API). The program should then scrape the data and display the time series. That's all. It is more about setting up the project on Epicenter/git than anything else. Please mention experience with Epicenter if any and kindly do not respond with cut and paste "we can do anything". This should take a very short time for someone with the right background.
