Looking for an experienced programmer to write a windows based client software able to stream to different IPs only the audio captured from DVB-S2 and DVB-T tuner cards. For example: TBS6909 - this pci express interface is cabable of receiving SD/HD digital TV channels from 8 different satellite transponders simultaneously. With this software we need to: - scan all the frequencies available for each transponders (we can also use more cards on the same PC) - select for each frequency the channels we would like to use - create for each channels one or more URL (the IP addresses which contain the channel name - for example: [login to view URL]) - set the streaming audio quality (it should be at least 64kbps) The main function: - save settings - autorestart on crashes - send alerts by email - save logs - watch video selecting each channel (just to check it) - save EPG (electronic program guide) if available on sql
