fix jomsocial site - page errors, basic formatting

I need someone to take a look at a site which is an uncompleted project from another freelancer. It is a fairly basic Jomsocial site with shsef404. The first problem is that i am getting some page errors on a couple of the pages reporting a "call to a member function getLevel() on non object in.." fatal error. Secondly i need some basic layout changes including 1. fixing a tables so they are uniformly spaced - [login to view URL] - i.e. the values of the table start from the same position. 3. fix a layout issue where text overlays images on some pages - [login to view URL] 3. a change to the home page to reduce the prominence of the Jomsocial signup box (i.e. improve front page design/appeal) 4. configure so the URL to a persons profile page is displayed on their page so they can copy it to share, and so sharing via twitter/facebook works correctly. 5. add a link to the bike owner in the bike details page,you can view the profile of a bike owner. 6. any URL simplification or other design improvements would be welcome if simply done. the original design brief can be provided if necessary, but these are the main issues i need fixed.
