Joomla site, problems need fixed

We have a Joomla site (1.15) for a client, small problems which we'd like looked as as soon as possible. Problems 1) unable to insert images in articles using wysisyg pro 3 editor, 2) site running very slow Suspect its a config problem but need someone to check for us. What do you need to be able to fix the problems for us? PMB questions etc
