We currently use an proprietary CRM tool to document customer record and support tickets. We have users in multiple locations accessing the project. The server is hosted in India. We now plan to install server and DB on each location and sync those to the main servers in India. We need a quote from interested party for a solution for what we plan to implement. The project is in PHP and the DB is in MySQL.

However some things are unclear to me. Can you comment answer the following: - do you want only the databases sync or you need some file data sync too? - should the database/file data be writable from all 3 locations or they should be read-only for some of the locations? - can you provide more information regarding the CRM tool you are using and the server operating system and software? The only question that I have is, what is the size of your database? If it is to big we cannot make synchronizations in real-time or every 1 hour for example, in some cases can be in real-time , every 1 hour , every 6 hours or every 24 hours syncs. Is important know if you want a hourly sync, a day sync, or constant sync and if the sync is unidirectional or bidirectional. If you need a unidirectional hourly/dayly sync i think the work is very fast and cheap than my offer, in other situation (bidirectional and high availability) i need a details and the offer is truthful.
