Linux - Increase of limits

Hello, i'm looking for a expert Linux. In fact, I have a very good server (Intel Xeon,...) with a very good internet connection BUT i can not use multi thread with more than 400 connections per minute. I want to increase the number of connections to 10 000 connections per minute. I use PHP Curl multi thread and my script is running very well But I think my server is limited (ulimit, Stack TCP,...). I don't know what to change to increase this limits. My PHP script is a web spider. My script scan the web and detect new links,... My bandwith is 1gbits and my server is : Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU W3520 @ 2.67GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux You need to increase the limit of my server to allow me to connect to more than 10 000 connections per minute (against 400 connections per minute now). Don't worry about the connections (i just scan domain names for the moment). Please this project is very urgent. Post only if you can do this job.
