Hello, I just noticed this post, basically because you posted it with "CUDA" as a tag, but after reading your description I assume that you want some AI solution and probably not actual CUDA code development (CUDA is an underlying part of many already functional AI projects) However your key requirements seem like an interesting challenge for me, I would like to research and build such and automation for Windows OS, provided that you have some clear objectives that can be automated. I am not sure why you target Windows but you think also that "Familiarity with Linux environment" will be important. Probably only for the part of the AI development?
