Footwear sales channel development in EAST AFRICA

Needed: Researcher Incoming start up, a footwear manufacturing factory, needs to cultivate its sales relationships in the East African Community block ( DRC Congo, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, South Sudan, Tanzania) to ensure its product will be distributed and sold once production commences. We will need a list ( including contact information, which you will cultivate) of all major merchandise distributors in major cities in the EAC. We will need to know: 1. How much product they are willing to buy 2. The payment terms aimable to a long lasting sales relationship ( for example Net 30, net 45, etc.) 3. Their preferred logistics partners, of any 4. We will also need to cultivate partnerships with a logistics partner, one that has warehousing capabilities in all of the EAC region. Deliverables: Reports with lists, contact info, projections. Projected volume : 10 million pairs of " work" boots every calendar year, manufacturing starting in 2024 This is a long term, fluid project.
