Find me a Supplier

i am wanting to have my own email & SMS blaster service i don't want to use any 3rd party software i want my own system were i do not have to pay a fee and have a limit of bulk emails i want to send out i need it the same for the SMS also . basically i have millions of emails and SMS i want to send out but a lot of the companies out there offering this service want a lot of money to use there service so i need YOU to help me find the right server or software to use my self so i just pay a one off fee then its all mine and i can do what ever i want and send what ever i want please help me find the right tools to do this thank you :)
