This is an app that allows clients to complete a short (approx 12 question) questionnaire. The answers to the questionaire automatically create a documents required checklist.
At a minimum the app is iphone and android, but would like to be website deployed if possible.
Clients are then able to use the checklist to upload the required documents. Some documents will have time/age limits and all documents will need to be validated by our staff. The client facing checklist will keep the clients up to date.
Some form of chat or call feature will allow clients to get help while using the tool.
Some basic, simple auto generates SMS/email notifications will help keep clients updated on progress.
On completion of the uploading and validating document a second, shorter questionnaire will be generated.
The final step will allow the client to create an appointment to review their mortgage options.
