Simple Android Application

I need a very simple app designed with a loading screen that will display for at least ten seconds, and that will then generate an error screen when a user tries to use it. While simple, some aesthetic flair on the loading screen, using a logo provided by myself, would be a bonus. Future employment opportunities will come upon satisfactory completion of this project. Due to the simplicity of this project, speed would be a deciding factor in the successful bid.
