ActionScript 3 only. Flash game prototype

I am currently working on an AS3 flash game prototype. I am coding this project in Adobe Flash Professional CS5.5 I need someone very proficient in As3, to complete the prototype. For this project, we cannot rely on any framework type of coding as the code needs to be very optimized and efficient for fast graphic display, and be clearly commented. This prototype will end up running on an iPad. So some knowledge of optimizing for Apple devices using Flash As3 is required.
