Android application to forward calls

The goal of the project is to develop a Android app to forward specifics outgoing calls to another phone number.  Throughout the App interface installed on his mobile device, the user can define a list of contacts with a wanted forwarded phone number. When he will call one contact, the App will automatically dial the « forwarded » phone number instead of the number composed by the user. A detailed specification book will be provided (description, screenshots) after the bids.
